Contribuisci feedbackwas the best underground until about a year ago. the attitudes of the workers are changing, seem very unhappy. every time I go, there were new employees, still not happy employees. that is a bad job environment or bad wage situation. the last time we left, the drive thru was closed. wing to go and saw a sign of the ac is out. When we came to the line, there was a person, a middle Asian man, and I think he is the owner who works by himself. the load was quite dirty and there were crushed cheese over the window above the vegetables. Super-lactose intolerance that made me very concerned. the guy who works seemed unhappy and the place had to be shut down and fixed. that was our favorite, now I just don't go back.
Need to change your hours if you roll up at 8:40 pm and they come out the back door and say they are closed! Then hey owner you're not open till 9 pm! Stopped in tonight and the car in front of me that looked like they had waited a good 10 min at drive thru for someone to take their order only to be told closed with out even a sorry! If you close at 8:30 then put that! But, I have a feeling at this location the kids would then close at 8:10! Is there no owner or manager around??? After reading other reviews on here and google the customer service, wait time and early closing is killing your business!
Staff was very friendly and efficient, too bad the equipment isn't efficient. No A/C, very warm in the store, fan didn't help. The refrigeration table was barely keeping items cool. Had a warm FL Veggie, it was terrible!!!! This used to be a great store, cold sandwiches were alwaysctisp and delicious. This Franchisee isnt taking car of business. ?
Took so long. Got in the line at 3:00 and started ordering at 3:10 while only one car in front. We had to wait for the car to get their food before we ordered. It took us 20 minuets to even order 3 subs?? The service was terrible and wasted so much of our time. I could have wrote an essay by the time we finished ordering. Never coming back here.
I prefer this Subway because it is one of the few that have a drive through. This has been my Subway for nearly 10 years. The service used to be top notch, but over the past few months they can 't seem to get my order right. From the wrong size sandwich to leaving off topping, I never know if what I ordered is what I 'll get whether I use the drive through or the mobile app. What the heck, Subway! Why can 't you fix this?
