Overall is good! the fish was quite fresh

“Hidden” according to well. I assume it is not really hidden, as the locals seem to know the restaurant very well, but as not valencian it was just the perfect place for our dinner. the owner is super nice, speaks perfectly English and even asked about allergies. he knows what he's got in the business, what he bought and what the quality of his ingredients is. the recommended were on the spot and we had a nice evening, with several tapas, steak and drinks. the quality was super good, and there was no single point to thank you for having us! 5/5 recommend.

We had an amazing experience in el pederniz. the food was great and the owner was so attentive, friendly and also helped us decide what to order. they have also mentioned that they do not sell seafood that are not in season, so they know everything they have is fresh!
