Baja Fresh knows how to serve delicious food! This location is very busy and people are very friendly!

The cashier (and the person who packed the food for orders) did not wear a mask, despite the Californian mandate. This Baja Fresh clearly does not care about its customers or their health and safety. During the pandemic, many employees did not wear masks at this point, even if mandates were in force.

This location in Mission Viejo is fantastic. Shout to Steven, the manager who welcomed us to ensure that our food and experience were all excellent. Love how they grill the outside of Burritos. Our food was fantastic. Covid has closed the salsa bar, but all salsas are available in individual portions. So glad to see the Baja Fresh busy. Some places close.

I'm not big on Mexican food, but my boyfriend recommended this place for a quick to go lunch, so I got a few things to try. Wahoo taco and steak taco were both incredibly good! I am a picky eater, so I highly appreciate fresh and good quality meat and fish they used for tacos. Steak one was probably the best taco I've had in many years, if not ever. I also got a shrimp chili lime salad and requested no onions, just like in my tacos, but unfortunately they used Pico de gallo with onions already mixed in, so I had to pick them out one by one, which was frustrating. Nonetheless the salad tasted pretty good. Dressing is quite a hot one, regardless I would order this dish again. Definitely will be back for more tacos.
