Buffalo Wild Wings - Mission Viejo

Very poorly managed. There are many servers but only one was actually working, and not even knowing how to prioritize tasks (cleaning one of the many dirty tables while let customers waiting for 20 mins after sitting down. And there were many clean tables ready for new customers to come in). We ended up being hangry waiting for more than half an hour and left after a drink.

I always try to give this place a chance, but the service is always slow. I came in today and got seated, and waited 20 or so minutes with no one taking our order or asking for drinks. I’ve noticed other customers walking in later and being served while we were still waiting despite being there earlier. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere

This location is an embarrassment to the BWW brand. NFL Sunday, 10 minutes before the first wave of games I walk in and the guy who’s the manager on duty tells me to leave as they don’t open until the games start. I’m the only person there and say the other locations in Irvine and Lake Forest open 30 minutes before the first games. His response: “then you should go to one of those locations.” No wonder it was empty. I went to Lake Forest and got there just before the games started and there were 53 customers already seated with food and drinks. The Mission Viejo location should just close and that manager should be fired from the company.

Hubby went here to order dinner for our family. While waiting he decided to have a beer at the bar. The waitress was extremely rude. Refused to serve him without ID. He is 54 years old. We were on vacation from Australia She insisted he had to show his passport which he didn't have on him. Needless to say no beer was purchased. The barmaid took great pleasure in asserting her authority to the point of being rude about it. The wings were good but the bar experience ruined this dinner for us.

I love the teriyaki wings! I also love the nachos appetizer and fried mushrooms Good beer choices Services is pretty good. The claw machine has been out of service the last few times I was there (which is important to my 6 year old son). Very sports oriented which is what I love about going here. Great location and good atmosphere...not very packed in the afternoon.
