Flippin' Pizza - Mission Viejo

I ordered through the phone and I paid extra for extra cheese and toppings. The toppings I paid for were missing as well as the cheese. Although a little disappointed, the pizza was still good. Just paid extra for nothing though.

SERIOUSLY the absolute BEST freaking pizza in California. HANDS DOWN. I moved here from NYC and this is 10000000% the best NY style pizza that is not actually in NY.

Place looked really nice. While walking in we were greeted to the cashiers blank stare no hello or anything. Should've been a red flag but we were so tired after trying to find some place to eat for awhile we decided to continue. Ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots, cina knots and 3 cookie, 2 sodas. Right off the back I don't understand why you're offering sodas when the soda machine is out of every single soda option besides sprite and Powerade. When I did choose these options It sprayed all over my hands. Luckily brought out a 2 liter of fanta from the back for my wife. I didn't drink a soda. So I told them to reimburse me by giving me another cina knots. He brought me a garlic knock. Finally pizza came. 10 in pizzas. Cut into 4. You can cut them into 8 slices very simply. But no. That's too much to ask. Garlic knots were spicy for some reason. After about 15 mins I decided to go ask for my other order of garlic knots, cina knots and cookies. Since that's what I paid for? I guess they thought I forgot. So we had to wait. Think they'd be fresh but no they were room temp and cookies burned to a crisp. How places like this are even open always shocks me. Waste of 50$ and a nice family night. This the second time I came to orange county and it's been a total waste of time and money.

I’ve lived in NYC, and dislike most pizza places in orange county but i do like Flippin’ Pizza. It is as close as i can get to New York Style pizza within reasonable driving range. I personally like the “pub style” atmosphere here as well.
