Nekter Juice - Mission Viejo

As a regular Nékter customer visiting from AZ, I was expecting my usual amazing smoothie experience. However, my recent visit turned sour real quick. The PB Chocolate smoothie I ordered was completely botched with a repulsive sour cream-like substance instead of the expected PB drizzle. The interior was so sloppy compared to every other Nékter I’ve been to, and on top of it, the bathroom was inexplicably “not open to the public.” This was far from the usual quality I have experienced at other Nékter locations. Please, please, please think twice before a visit to this one.

Terrible. Understaffed. Undertrained. Dirty facility. You can tell management clearly doesn't know what they're doing. Had a friend who worked there and the place is totally corrupt.

Always good Acai bowls! I felt sorry for the employee who was working behind the counter by herself taking orders, answering the phone and making the Bowls and drinks. I think they need some more help because this girl was really spread thin. Hopefully the owners will get some additional help in there for her.

Every time i come here micaela gives me the best service, very nice lady and pretty quick too. She makes the best protein shakes.

Manager/owner, Arlene, leaves one person, (a fairly new employee who worked so hard), all alone to handle all online and in-person orders, 35 min wait times, no experience how to reimburse a charge to the customers who had to leave without their money reimbursed to their card, and with no food/drink. A few customers asked for the owner’s number. I phoned her and she was busy at her other beauty business. She said her assistant mgr must have had to step out for a minute. I asked and found out that there is no assistant manager. In reading the other reviews, this business is poorly run.
