Literally worst service possible. I get that the store closes at 11pm but if I call 1030pm you should still be taking orders ? Or am i wrong to think that please correct me if I am wrong. The young lady asks for my name and number then says let me put you on a hold and leave me on hold for 6 min then I'm hung up on. I proceeded to call back 3 times no answer just hung up on again? Is that what you call service ? I dont like to whine but that just plain annoying and rude.
I placed an online order and pizza was still not delivered after an hour and a half. I called the store a couple times and they did not even pick up the phone. Contacting customer service for a refund. Avoid ordering from this location.
HORRIBLE service!! I placed an order online and after an hour and a half no pizza. When I called to see where my order was I was placed on hold for over 5 min. I had to hang up and call back and they told me they didn 't make the pizza. WHY do they have a tracker?? It 's totally FAKE. I was obviously upset because I had a hungry teenager waiting for the pizza but I was more upset at the manager, Anthony 's, attitude towards me. There was no apology nor intent for resolution. He had an I don 't care attitude so F yourself tone of voice. SO RUDE! I will no longer be ordering from Papa John 's ever again and I will be writing a letter to the corporate office. They don 't even deserve 1 star.
Negligent cross-contamination of food products puts people with allergies at risk of severe reaction. This evening, I placed an order through the webpage then called the location within 2 minutes with an allergy request. The Papa Johns webpage does not have any location for special requests. Anthony answered the phone. I confirmed my order, asked for NO pepperoncinis, and requested a clean cutter. He repeated the request and I confirmed his name. My order was scheduled to be ready in 25 minutes. I rushed to the location to reiterate my request. Upon my arrival in 7 minutes, I met with Anthony who confirmed my order, verified my special request, and I paid with a credit card. Anthony explained the request to Joaquin who appeared to understand. I waited in the doorway with 2 children while the pizza was cooked. When Joaquin gave me the pizza, there were pepperoncinis in the box and juice visible on the pizza. Clearly, cross-contamination had occurred. When I explained that I cannot accept the pizza because of the pepperoncinis, Joaquin offered to pull them out of the box. I asked for a refund. Joaquin provided a refund receipt. I asked if this was corporate store or a franchise. He said franchise. I asked for the owner’s number and he didn’t know. We all left frustrated and hungry. For the safety of my family, I’ll never go to this location again.
