Pho King Way - Mission Viejo

Firstly, the restaurant is clean, and they take great care to maintain that cleanliness for their customers. It's a charming little family-run spot that feels like a hidden gem. The service is excellent, with staff always ready to provide refills and anything else you might need. The food is incredibly tasty. I had the seafood noodle soup, and I was so pleased with it that I almost hesitated to add any extra toppings or spices. I also tried the vegetarian spring rolls with tofu, and those were delightful as well! The next time I'm in Orange County, I will definitely return. Highly recommended!

I also got a small fillet pho to take home for lunch the next day. Unfortunately, when I tried it at home, the meat didn’t taste fresh, so I had to throw it away. The broth, however, was still amazing, and the bean sprouts were fresh. I deducted one star for the cleanliness of the restaurant, but this is pretty typical for fast-paced Vietnamese eateries that don’t always keep perfect tidiness. I wouldn’t recommend the fillet, but I definitely plan to return to try other types of pho and their wonderful fried dishes. The service was hit-or-miss; one server was really friendly while the other was a bit grumpy.

The broth was excellent! We enjoyed the seafood noodle soup, the princess bowl, and fresh spring rolls. I chose Thai tea to drink. Overall, it was a simple and affordable dining experience.

The best photo I ever had. Not too sweet, rich flavor and served hot. Excellent service. Kong, our server has such a fantastic job type, friendly, respectful, enthusiastic. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

New to the area and this restaurant was close to my job figured I’d stop by. It’s really affordable, I’ve seen other places charge $13 for pho. There’s many things on the menu that look good I choose these two and were outstanding. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re near and want a good deal.
