Church's Texas Chicken - Mission

How good as ever, but make sure the order is correct.

Asked specifically for mashed potatoes with no gravy and they say ok and then after they give the order they tell me All mashed potatoes come with gravy ..which isn 't true because I 've been going for years. I think someone was just being lazy

I went to Churches to get dinner with my husband. I had some coupons, I also had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich if you order a combo. When I wanted to give my coupon, she said only 2 coupons. So I left it at that, but then I heard a customer say that she didn’t get her free chicken sandwich. When I was done with my dinner, I went to the counter and was telling her about the coupon, she again said only 2 coupons, but I told her it wasn’t another coupon it was a free coupon for the combos I had ordered. She then ask the red headed girl, so she also said 2 coupons. I told her you are not honoring the coupon and she walk away and left me standing there. Very unprofessional. If you are putting out promotions to bring customers in, then don’t put them out. Churches on Bus 83 next to The Kentucky Fried Chicken

Worst experience in my life at a church's i got food poisoning due to horribly cooked chicken and poor customer service as well.

They don't know the menu they give you their own prices!! Showed her the menu prices online said those are different prices that they have. The website shows value menu the gordas say it doesn't exist. They did everything they could not to serve me I walked out.
