Jimmy Johns - Mission

I came in during the lunch break with my own crazy order, but two employees, Mario and Ian, were patient and understanding with my order! Not only were they incredibly friendly, my orders and their strange supplements were all perfect!

We order box lunches for our office regularly and they always do a great job of getting everything put together quickly and correctly. Good sandwiches and great service!

I ordered two large Hunter Club sandwiches (#10s). The woman who took my order was friendly. My sandwiches were ready in a reasonable amount of time, and they were perfectly made. Overall, it was a great experience.

I ordered the #8 Billy Club sandwich, which is supposed to come with ham and roast beef. However, once again, there was no roast beef in my sandwich. On a positive note, the staff replaced my sandwich, handled the situation professionally, and apologized for the mistake. That's all I really ask for in these situations. They acknowledged their error and made it right. I will continue to use this establishment.

I had a wonderful experience at this Jimmy John's! My sandwiches were prepared incredibly quickly. I also want to mention the group of young employees; they were all very friendly and helpful, which made my decision on what to order so much easier.
