The Pirata had no flavor at all, just that off taste from the tortillas, which were also burned—some parts were practically cremated. It honestly just doesn't smell or taste right anymore. The nachos were disappointing as well. I ordered breakfast tacos the other day, and the tortillas were undercooked. I specifically asked for corn tortillas, and they came out raw. This chain has definitely declined.
This place isn't worth it at all; I recommend avoiding it. I had to wait 20 minutes for my bill, and the restaurant wasn't even crowded.
This place doesn't really have a proper drive-thru. Every order you place—no matter how small—charges your credit card first, and then you have to park in designated spaces in front of the drive-thru area. You’ll end up waiting 5 to 10 minutes before your order is brought out along with several others who are waiting. It feels like the staff tries to minimize their trips outside and only come out when they have two or three orders ready. Whatever happened to the days when you could just get your food at the window like a normal drive-thru? This situation shows a clear lack of training and preparation among the employees, management, and owners.
Order a menudo with corn tortillas got order wrong they forgot the onions and pepper gave me flour tortillas instead of corn Menudo does not taste fresh like is old wont eat here again for sure
Manager Marco's demonstrates great team cohesiveness. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood. I ordered the tacos Matamoros and they were delicious. Fideo not so much but I'm very picky with fideo.
