Contribuisci feedbackAt 2:24 in the morning, she did not place her order until 15 minutes after. When I asked the cashier, Iveth, she started rolling her eyes and giving attitude. It was not busy and there were very few people eating. Others who arrived after us received their orders before us. If you request a box, bag, or forks, they will all seem annoyed and may not even provide them. This restaurant needs to hire more staff to take orders. Don't waste your time and money here.
Always secured for orders... say customers there are 1 hour waiting so they do not order.rude.. they start cleaning 1 hour before closing time and they will not take your order when they are already cleaning!
Let me begin by saying I love Wingstop my favorite wings when I travel, but if I could give this wing tip a 0. I asked my order to the app for delivery to the comments to make sure that I extra Crispy Fries and do not forget the ketchup. I then called the location, spoke to an employee who then got my order and said that she noticed for extra crispy and ketchup. Order will be delivered to my hotel. cold soggy fries not even normal crispy, no ketchup and no napkins. cried the manager and he offers a free pommes while visiting the city and will write it in a book of credits. I am a 1/2 mile away, would not take the frits back and deliver, my credit card would not be credited, very unapologetic. Don't buy from this place. Try another Wingstop.
My son and I go to Shary rd and expwy. The staff was always very nice 1 year ago. But this time was... We have tried several sites and in all, when we order the 10 pieces, we get 2 servings of ranch sauce. This time we only have 1. I told the guy who served, and he said, "ok," but he never came back. So, in the middle of my dinner I stood up and approached the lady who took our order. She told a young girl to give me the sauce and both went to my table and said that my order included JUST 1 sauce. I answered that we always get 2 to evrey place where we go, but they said that "every place is different ". Then I said 'ok, I will pay after I finished eating (I already washed my hands). The little girl blew her tone of Fäustling and said, "You have to pay first! . I used the same tone to tell her: "I told you that I will finish my dinner and I will pay u!" They were every fifth time walking through the aisle checjnkg not to leave me When I fniish, I sent my son to pay, and I wanted to talk to the oldest girl, but she pretended to ignore me. So I talked to a guy and when I did the youngest girl that told me to pay Eefoe who had eaten continuously. I said to her, "I don't talk to you, so please don't intervene" (I forgot a confrontation) It was then when she told me very loud: they are very good!!!. This momet told me the guy I'm talking about will call the manager. The mgr was very friendly, but when she first refused the young girl, she insulted me, then she said that I insulted her first. And finally, she admitted that she said I was annoying and told AGAIN. All these on me show their fingers and in a very high tone of voice. It was very sad and disgusting how to go out to eat dinner and spend a good time asking this just for an additional sauce. I am very customer service oriented in my job and could not deny you guys admit this type of people in your staff and allow them to insult customers. ? That's how you miss your terrible staff selection, wingstop. It is better to be less immature people. That's incredible.
Great boneless, the best I have to say, but unfortunately after the Covid affected the experience (no ketchup, limes, no more baked rolls), it is not the same to eat in the place; but in general a good experience, to remark the service was beyond great!Food: 3/5
