Contribuisci feedbackIt would have been a convenient recovery. for my family and I visited hw regularly, as it is just around the corner for us, as we do not drive. but after our server has accused us of giving him a tipp that strongly requires, we do not have to explain why we have not left a tipp. it's our choice. but after that we will never return. they've lost in our business forever. What's worse? he even took away our lucky cookies.
I used to love this place with its many options and have been ordering from them for years, but recently I was disappointed. The final straw was this week when I placed a phone order and asked the person taking my order to repeat it twice because I couldn't hear the total. As I was checking my wallet to see if I had enough cash, the guy said if I didn't understand, I should be a chicken.
I went with a group of friends to this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. It took us 20 minutes to receive the menu, and then an hour for our food to arrive. One of my friends had to wait even longer for their food, and they forgot some dishes for another person in our group. Additionally, one person received the wrong dish. We also witnessed an older couple waiting for half an hour just to get a menu. Needless to say, we were not satisfied with the service and did not leave a tip. The server then proceeded to lecture us about not tipping, which was a first for me. I have always tipped at this restaurant, even during lockdown. The restaurant was not busy, with only two tables occupied and some delivery orders. I had planned on returning, but after the server's reaction, I will not be coming back anytime soon. It is possible that other patrons have had positive experiences at this restaurant, but unfortunately my friends and I did not.
I recently placed an order for delivery on family day at a restaurant near my location. The restaurant was just a 3-minute drive away. When I called to inquire about the delivery service and the cost, I was informed that they do not charge for delivery but suggested giving a small tip to the driver. I found this reasonable and decided to give the driver a $100 bill. However, when he handed me back only $15 in change, I was taken aback. I was not pleased with the lack of transparency and professionalism in handling the transaction. The food itself was mediocre and served in plastic containers, which I found unappetizing. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.
My family and I have been going here for the past 13 years and the food is consistently flavourful and fresh. We’ve gotten delivery a few times and it is quick as well. The prices have increased slightly but I think that applies to all restaurants lately. I would definitely recommend this place for delicious Chinese food.
