We had a great meal at this restaurant with a small but well-chosen menu. Prices may be a bit on the higher side, but comparable to other airport restaurants. They offer a wide variety of local craft beer, top brand imported beer, and wine. The French cuisine was fantastic. The only confusion is that the sign on the building says "The Dixon Kitchen," but it is actually the restaurant located inside the Hilton Garden Inn airport.
We were here for just one night pre trip but managed to squeeze in both lunch and dinner at the FANTASTIC restaurant. Honestly you don't typically expect much from airport hotel dining but this place nails it with exceptional service and exceptional cuisine. I would...actually go out of my way to eat here even if I wasn't staying, that's how good it was. Well done Hilton ... we'll be back!
I was lucky because I hit the “all you can eat” muscles evening. And they were tasty and well prepared. Paired with a Sauvignon and very courteous service, this made it for an enjoyable evening. Background music was a bit annoying, but might be good...company if you are solo dining (as I was).
The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. However, the prices were a bit high for a hotel restaurant. I found the $2.99 charge for a refill on a Sprite to be excessive, especially considering it was only an 8-ounce glass to begin with. It would be helpful if the menu clearly stated the refill policy or if staff informed customers beforehand. A refill fee of $2.99 seems unreasonable in this case.
