Barburrito - Mississauga

I previously enjoyed my visits to this restaurant, as the staff consistently provided excellent service and served delicious meals in generous portions. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I noticed a new person behind the counter, possibly the owner or a new male employee. Unfortunately, he negatively affected the quality of my meal. The burrito I ordered was poorly prepared and lacked the usual care and attention to detail that I had come to expect here. The taste was not at all what I remembered, leaving me quite disappointed.

Every time I visit, I order a burrito or occasionally a burrito bowl. No matter which I choose, it's always delicious.

This restaurant is generally good. The food and service is amazing and plus is that its all halal. But last visit when I was there, they were training someone. I waited about 8-10 minutes for them to finish up with whatever they were doing. They didnt even take my order. I have 20 mins lunch break and i already wasted 10 mins waiting on them. I am a regular at this location, just disappointed how this last visit turned out.

Fraud owners and management. When you order through some deals on uber eats, or other delivery apps, the store management will reduce the quantity in a bowl by atleast 30-40%. And they do not follow instructions in the order as well. I am a regular customer of barburrito so I know how much quantity should usually be there. This location scams customers by reducing the quantity so much. And they do not provide refund/partial refund either. Beware.

Good food and good service there isn't much change in the menu but who wants any change when you want to have some Mexican food ?.
