Bobby's Hideaway - Mississauga

Overall I think it's a decent local breakfast spot. I did find the cornbeef hash slightly dry, but other than that everything was fine. Pretty busy spot with the locals, traditional diner and would come back again. They have this breakfast special with LOTS of items bound to fill you up. Oh and I loved that they butter both sides of their toast! Huge plus.

A stranger in a parking lot suggested this restaurant to us, and I have to admit, the food was incredibly tasty. It's one of the rare places where I truly enjoyed a meal. The service was quick, and surprisingly, you could even have a beer with your breakfast. Their home fries were quite unique and different from the typical ones you find at big chain stores. The menu offered a wide variety of options, so you could choose according to your preferences. I've attached photos of our orders for reference.

Not what I remember.Bobby's is a streetsville staple everyone knows that. However it's been some years since I've visited back. It's still good and I would still recommend it but it does now seem quite a bit overpriced for the quality of food you're getting. Its an average brunch that had me full and I didn't have complaints about how any of my food was prepared but 50$ for a brunch for 2 seems pretty steep to me all the same, even with inflation, it's not like we're getting anything extravagant.If I was getting some gourmet presentation or some concauction of foods I haven't had a certain way, I could maybe justifying that niche. Servers were very nice but we stood at the door with no line and no one greeted us or even said they'd come seat us in a minute or anything. It really felt like we were standing there invisible, no one acknowledged us until I spoke up and said can we please get a table for 2? Before they pointed and said over there.

I ordered a big bobby and they forgot half my order which was the eggs. Then she calls me back saying you can come back on a friday morning at 930am like people dont work. The manager swore at me and took 0 accountability and said no one is perfect. I told her to e transfer me my money back she said no we will get you next time. Food is good here. Worst customer service ever i have ever experienced.

Awesome breakfast at this place! They have an extensive menu and reasonably priced too. Fast service, courteous staff. They come by regularly to check how you're doing. We will definitely be back! It is our new go to for breakfast/brunch place!
