Burger King - Mississauga

First time writing a negative review. I hope the Burger King corporate get a chance to read this. This place offers horrible customer service.I took the family to to this location over the weekend and order 4 meals with 2 onion rings.Food was bagged at the counter. I asked for some BBQ sauce before leaving the counter, the lady gave 1 and before she was about to put in another one, she looked into the food bag with disgust and said you didn't order chicken and the sauce should 25c each. However, she gave me another one anyway.Went back to desk, opened the bag and found there was no onion sauce. Went back to the lady and asked for it nicely and was told because I asked for BBQ sauce hence I don't get onion sauce.I told her didn't put anything in the bag at first place, which I was not aware. And I certainly didn't mean to swap the onion ring sauce with the BBQ sauce. And she refuses to give me the onion ring sauce and we started to argue for 10 mins till she gave in. Made a big scene in the restaurant.

I eates the burgerking for lunch. 3:20 p . m .1 whopper extra lettuce and no mayo please... guess what u gety??.ONE BURGR EITH EXTRA MAYO NO LETTUCE R U KEDING ME RITHT NOW BR[Onever evr ever ever going to eat at at this burger ki g until t nayo is not on the order when i maked jtVegetarian options: imposimble womper

They never deny to serve their tastiest burger as always . Hot and fresh food with good customer

I would say this is you typical Burger King because other than the building it’s the same as any other Burger King. What makes this location different than others I’ve been to is the building. It is huge, so much space inside and atmosphere inside is cool in my opinion as it is reminiscent of an old diner (this place was probably an old diner before)

Compared to other burger kings restaurants this one is terrible. It might be because there are not enough employees, the waiting line is long, the washrooms are not clean and neither are the tables. The cashier is the same for the drive thru and didn’t pay attention to our order. Fries weren’t fresh and tasted horrible. I love eating at Burger King but won’t come back to this one. Wouldn’t recommend it.
