I've been eating at C Dubbs for over 10 years, and not once have they disappointed me. Massive portions and always made fresh. If you have a big appetite like myself, I highly suggest making a trip here, you will not be disappointed.
My friend suggested we eat here. We had take out. I had a cheeseburger and poutine. Even after a ten minute drive. The food was still warm. The beef was juicy and tasty. The poutine was good and wasn't salty, which is rare. For the price, this is a great stop.
The burger was amazing. I will definitely eat there again. I am a burger lover and when I was recommended to try their burger, I did not hesitate. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and juicy burger at a reasonable price. Perhaps The Burgers Priest could learn a thing or two from them in terms of flavorful and meaty burgers at a good price. I tried The Summo Burger and it was so big that I could barely finish it. The fries were also tasty. I will definitely return whenever I am in the area.
As Good As I Remember!. I found this place when I worked at a music store just up Dundas. Used to make it a point to visit once a week. The store closed, and I rarely found myself in the area over the next several years, with the exception of a bar crawl with friends. <br/ <br/ Fast-forward fourteen years. I recently moved to Mississauga, and, on a trip to the area for something or other, I noticed the sign. They'd moved out of their old location, and into a small strip mall. Curious to find out if it was still as good as I recall, we made it a point to visit on out next meal out. <br/ <br/ Had a banquet burger, rings and a soda. Burger was still a good size, juicy and generous with the toppings. I might have fried the bacon a little crispier, but I won't fault them for that. Rings were awesome, and they have malt vinegar to put on them, which, IMHO, is a necessity. Regular vinegar is just wrong. <br/ <br/ My only real criticism? Please, guys. I know you've been around for over fifty years. But if you're going to charge $20 for a meal for two, it's about time you bring yourself into the 21st century and offer your patrons the option to pay by debit or credit. Having a ripoff ATM (which charges an additional charge on top of your own banks fees for using an ATM other than your own) is not the way to do business any more, especially when you're getting a kickback from the company who put the ATM in there.
