Caffe Demetre Mississauga City Centre

I go to this place quite often and we love their menu items quite a lot. I have been visiting this particular outlet since 2013. The reason I am writing this review is to praise the service of a particular staff named Shabana. Every time I have been there I have found this place to be extremely busy and almost 70 to 80 percent occupied and she is the only server there taking orders and processing payments etc. though she is really busy but she always behaves pleasantly with no attitude and lots of patience and courtesy with the customers. I have literally noticed people appreciating her attitude. As for the place I think it is a good location , reasonable ambiance, relatively good value for money (however certain items in the waffle section are slightly over priced) and good service. They need to increase their staff atleast on the weekends to ensure more prompt service to the customers. I have been regular customer and will continue to visit this place.

I was extremely disappointed in the service and quality here. Much better location at Courtney park, Mississauga. We ordered waffles with ice cream which were lukewarm. I also found a hair in my food which immediately turned me off of the dessert I had been looking forward to.

I won gift certificates to this specific location... MUCH BETTER service and manager even engaged in convo... Upbeat and younger crowd... Soooo much better here!!! Thanks Sham and crew :)

We came across this place by accident, looking for a cafe. We didnt realise it was a desert place until we got the menu, but i'm glad we stayed! Portions are huge! The waffels were lovely. Reasonably priced, friendly service. Overall a nice experience, we will be back.

Love there deserts.there cheesecakes are good too.they have free parking available.location is very nice in mississauga downtown.its just too busy on weekends
