The congee was yummy--might be the best in Mississauga! Got side orders of the deep fried dough fritters and fried turnip patties. Both were amazing! We dipped the fried dough fritters in the congee and their turnip patties are the best I've had so far! I plan to try the spicy version next time. Overall, everything is very nicely flavoured with great portion sizes.
This restaurant is fantastic for congee! It's the best I've had in Mississauga and it's very affordable with generous portions. I highly recommend it for delicious congee!
The food is bursting with flavor and the prices are reasonable. I will certainly be returning. This restaurant is very popular among Filipinos (I went with my friend Jazzy) and offers a truly authentic Chinese dining experience.
Great Place!. We stopped in at this place on a busy Sunday afternoon for lunch. When we first walked in, we had to wait at the front as they were clearing tables for customers to sit at. The restaurant itself was pretty small with not much standing room at the front. We were given a table near the front of the restaurant after a few minutes. We were given menus right away which was great. We ordered our meals and waited about ten minutes. After ten minutes, all of the items that we ordered arrived. This was my first time having congee and I have to say that it was absolutely amazing! It was a huge dish with tons of flavour and taste, I loved it! Also, the pastries used to dip into the congee were soft and delicious, they almost tasted like fried donuts, which was amazing! The thick noodles were actually better than the thinner ones. All in all, the food was great, and the service was top notch! Will definitely return if I have a congee craving!
