Chiu Chow Man - Mississauga

This restaurant serves Chiuchow (Teochew) cuisine. The food was decent, prices were reasonable, and the service was average.

A decent restaurant located in the Golden Plaza with a good variety of lunch options at affordable prices (less than $10). It is also a great choice for dinner parties.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant craving some delicious authentic Chinese food! This place, along with the three other units nearby, are truly amazing.

As one of the only options for chiu chow food in Mississauga, they can get away with having awful service. Owners and staff can be outright rude on occasions. Food is decent and the price is ok. Would not go here if there were other options for chiu chow food.

Pretty good food, reasonable prices, gotta get to know the service. This would be a typical chiu chow food, goose/duck, tripe and brisket, cooked lettuce, congee etc … The chiu chow were coolies on the HongKong docks and to get in a full day's labour, they ate heartily. So greasy, belly filling gruel is the order of the day.Don't expect your typical canto cuisine. Expect a cheap (although in canada it is expensive) meal and you won't be disappointed. The duck is excellent. The steamed whole fish nicely done, the tripe and intestines were outstanding. And the prices, for toronto, ok. Cash only.
