I ordered two cheeseburgers and ended up spending $21... no combo, no fries, just the sandwiches. I understand they shouldn't be compared to McDonald's or Burger King, but why charge $9.3 for a double cheeseburger? It's just a burger, after all. Rant over! Despite the premium price, they make up for it with generous toppings. My sandwich was packed full, even though I only ordered 5 toppings (including ketchup). I found the cheese too overpowering, one slice would have been enough. Overall, I enjoyed Five Guys, but the high cost makes me think twice before going back as I could get a bigger meal elsewhere for the same price. Give it a try at least once if you haven't, but for me, I think I'll be trying somewhere else next time, Five Guys.
Good burgers made fresh and crispy fries cooked in peanut oil. Not fancy, but it hits the spot. The other chain hamburger restaurants can't compete.
The restaurant was not busy at 5 pm. I ordered a cheeseburger and a milkshake, which was as good as always. The service was nice and kind.
The burgers at this restaurant are fresh and juicy! You can add any condiment from their list at no extra cost. They are known for their overfilled and overflowing fries in the bag, which we really enjoy. We have also dined at the Heartland location and found it to be equally good.
As far as big chains go, its pretty hard to beat the burger and fries at Five Guys. Always tastes great and portions are large - its worth the extra bucks over the regular chains.
