The rice was at least 2 days old and dry, chicken had zero flavor, salad (head lettuce) was turning brown and the roasted veggies were burned black. Basically this place is an insult to turkish food and turkish hospitality. Especially since i just got back from Istanbul and was craving some turkish flavors. Very disappointing.
We were looking for a good priced food and we found it! And got even more, it was really good and full of flavor with good products! Going again before leaving.
I wouldn't know authentic Turkish food if it slapped me in the face. However let me tell you that whatever these are making and serving is some of the best food I have ever had. The Spicy Adana is amazing. The Kofte was incredible. I am only here for one day but if I am back in town I am coming here for as many meals as possible!
We stopped in for dinner because we were in the mood for turkish food. This turned out to be a great find that I will definitely return to when I am in the area. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. Both my wife and I have left-overs for lunch tomorrow. It was all so good. I highly recommend stopping in and finding this hidden little gem.
I love Turkish food, but haven't been able to find any in Mississauga....until now! I've been to King Kebab several times after discovering it, as the food is insanely delicious. The people working there are also really nice. My only issue is that sometimes it takes forever to actually get your food after placing an order- I'm usually prepared to wait around 45 mins to get my food- usually because they only have one person working. Either way, food is delicious and prices reasonable- and the food is worth the wait.
