Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant was extremely messy, with every table covered in dirt. It took over 20 minutes to receive a few Big Mac meals and a couple of cheeseburgers.
The parking area is spacious and convenient, and the service is quick. The only issue was that the wraps fell apart easily when the paper was removed. Other than that, the prices and the ambiance inside were fantastic.
This is just your average McDonald's restaurant. The trash bins were overflowing and hadn't been emptied. No staff members were attending to it. There were white plastic garbage bags sitting on the cabinet, but no one seemed to be dealing with them. Refer to the attached picture for confirmation.
I usually go here during my breaks from work during week days and the wait is good, the food comes fast, however the only thing i dont like to much is the cleaness however i dont think mcdonalds are the ones to blame for, they cant really clean after person, each one should be responsible to clean after themselves instead of leaving the tray and crumbs and expect the workers to do everythng
I recently had an exceptionally frustrating experience at McDonald's drive-thru. Despite being a loyal customer, this visit left me thoroughly dissatisfied withthe service and overall customer experience.On a bone-chilling day with temperatures plummeting to minus 10 degrees, I decided to use thedrive-thru for a quick coffee. Little did I know that this decision would turn into a 10-minute ordeal.Upon arriving at the drive-thru window, I was informed by the staff to wait outside in my car ,promising that an employee would promptly deliver the coffee.Despite patiently waiting for the promised service, no one arrived with my coffee. After 10 minutes, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I left my car, braving the bitingcold, and entered the McDonald's branch to retrieve my coffee personally.The lack of communication and disregard for customers waiting in such extreme weatherconditions were appalling. Not a single employee took the initiative to update me on the status ofmy order or to apologize for the extended wait.The fact that I had to leave my vehicle and walk into the branch to get my coffee defeats thepurpose of using the drive-thru. The facility's failure to manage the drive-thru effectively raises serious questions about their commitment to customer convenience.
