I had an exceptional experience at this Osmow’s Shawarma franchise. Having been a loyal customer for the past six years, with 2-3 meals a week from Osmow’s, I recently visited this particular location and was thoroughly impressed. The hospitality, kindness, and friendliness of the staff were remarkable. The mannerism, cleanliness, and portion size exceeded my expectations. The quality of fries and the temperature of the food were spot on. The employees were not only nice but also ensured that my request for well-done meat was perfectly executed. What stood out was the attention to hygiene; after preparing my meat well done, the grill was cleaned, instilling trust in the restaurant’s commitment to cleanliness. This place is a pigsty … garbage in the kitchen area all over the floor you can see garbage under there cooking area the gentleman handled cash money then proceeded to make shawarmas .. it wouldn’t surprise me to see mice and cockroaches.. behind the scenes very unkept kitchen … I placed an order then quickly asked for my money back .. I’ll be calling Peel health department in the morning to report the filthy conditions or the kitchen area and the unsanitary staff … it’s a pigsty

Great spot to grab food and get to the hwy. Prices are great.And if you have not tried Shwarma on half and half. You are missing out. Prices are fair for the portions also. Always a go to.

The drop is quality of Osmow's food over the years is fairly amazing. This place used to be great. I would go and order a philly chicken steak, amazing sandwich. Now they never have any steak available, yet the sandwich remains on the menu over all these years. The chicken taste like 30% cotton, 70% chicken. Soggy and odd. I miss the old Osmow's.
