Palma Pasta - Mississauga

After calling a few minutes past 6 to check if the restaurant was open, we learned that it was not. However, Berta kindly asked for our location and reassured us that she would wait for our arrival. When we finally got there, she had already prepared our meal which included chicken parm, pasta, and sauces. This level of customer service is truly top-notch. Thank you, Berta!

The lady at the counter with a strong Portuguese accent is quite rude. She can be aggressive when speaking to her and tends to be negative. However, the food at Palma Pasta is delicious and perfect for a family dining experience.

I absolutely love Pink Restaurant! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious - my family and I eat here often. There is a great selection and variety on the menu. I highly recommend this place!

Great eating very sweet staff! we have been regular. her huh lasagna was fantastic and really tasteful “homemade”. we have tried other pastas and they have not disappointed in the taste. we recommend palma pasta.

Slow service and the ladies are not the friendliest. Also, was told by the lady there it would be better to place my catering order in store rathwr than online because that way the order wouldn't be lost online and they ended up charging me more for 2 items in store than if I had placed the order online. Worked out to be about $3 more so not a big deal but still it's about the principle of the situation. Won't be coming back to this location.
