The chicken at this restaurant in Mississauga, located at Eglinton and Erin Mills Parkway, was dry and cold, giving the impression that it was leftover from the previous day. It was also not fresh, unlike when dining in at the restaurant. I would not recommend their Curbside pick-up service as it was a disappointing and terrible experience. Overall, it was a waste of money.
Drove at this point to find the shield was down and the place ia closed. Try to call the number and NO ANSWER. This is the original and by far the best location, but they're gone? Can anyone tell us what happened?
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Mississauga, back when there was only one location. However, since they have expanded, bigger is not always better. I decided to support them during the Covid-19 lockdown, but had some issues with my order. I tried to call ahead, but ended up using a third-party app for meal orders. Despite getting an order number, I had to wait longer than expected and had trouble with a confirmation email. When I arrived, the customer service was lacking and my food order was mixed up. After some confusion and delay, we finally received our food, but it was disappointing. The Tabouli salad had no dressing and tasted like parsley, and the Mezza-Dip was bland. I'm not sure if I will return after this experience.
Customer service is worst.Pricey not not affordable and quality they serve can be bought outside for way cheaper price. But once upon a time that use to be the best restaurant in city.
