Pita & Grill - Mississauga

I went to this restaurant today evening between to pm to grab a veggie falafel wrap. I had no dinner as someone in the workplace had accidently taken my lunch bag home. we all have same bags) Anyway One staff member was...removing garbage bags full of garbage and no one came to front desk. She stopped her garbage and put two thin gloves and started making my wrap. Did not wash the hands. She put half a teaspoon of parsley, one piece of olive.one piece off pepper, tiny little piece of tomato and few other pieces of pickles and made the wrap and gave to me. I wanted to refuse but I had already paid. When I start eating, I realized something is wrong. One of the things she put had gone bad. I did not say anything. Came out with remaining food in the hand. I was wondering Don’t they wash hands before making food why she is treating customers like that when I paid the same amount like any other customer(it was Is it because I looks older? Or she was too tired. No one was there except Food inspection is not done in these places. Very frustrating.

I have been craving these shawarmas for years. They are always fresh. The customer service may not be the best, but the food is made quickly, tastes amazing, and is very reasonably priced.

The place is nice, staff is very very friendly Lots of variety Just the beef shawarma came too salty , tahena was very salty as well. They replaced the plate for me. Prices are fine U must try chicken shawarma

I have been going to this location for few years now but will definitely not go any more....the staff is always very rude and with no welcoming smile!!!!! I get the looks as I am the victim there, please train your staff with some better...customer service skills and manners....I have never wrote a review for any other restaurants….But today I am eager to do it..... BAD BAD BAD BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK IN MY LIFE....WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Never ever going back to this location as manager was very rude and disrespectful!!!!!!! told me to get out just because I asked for toppings on the side for the shawarma!!!!! very disappointing, I was very loyal customer till today!!!!!! never ever ever going back!!!!she...also said I am not welcome here......WOW how do you ever hire a manager like that!!!!!!
