Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Mississauga

Went late in the evening, got a piece of hair in our poutine but the staff was quick to apologize and make us a fresh one. Chicken was really yummy, got the classic chicken pieces and was quite good, greasy, but good. The Cajun poutine was great too, minus the hair. If you want butter on your biscuits as before they serve it they only can butter it in back as they don't have butter pats to hand to you. The mac and cheese was pretty bland but the 5 year old liked it so that's a win. The men's bathroom was fairly dirty to my husband's accord

I came into this restaurant today around 4 pm. First, I didn't get my eat in order until almost 1 hr of waiting despite the restaurant being empty when I came in.I ordered a sandwich and a combo of hot chicken wings. My sandwich came without any vegetables in it, I called the attention of the server or staff to this and I was responded to in a very disrespectful manner while saying that I did not ask for veg with my order. Fast forward he took the sandwich away and brought it back squashed with a piece of leave in it. I told him I need a new sandwich well prepared but they all came out and started shouting at me for asking to be properly served after spending 23 dollars for nothing here.This treatment is unacceptable and disgusting. Dollars are hard to come by now, they gave a refund for the sandwich which still doesn't excuse the bad customer service in this particular place. It is a shame on the staff on duty here today 14th August 2023. You can do better is all I can say!!!

Louisiana Fried Chicken Popeyes is a famous fast food chain restaurant. Their signature fried chicken and bonafide chicken are the best. The burgers are also good. Must try are their onion rings, Cajun fries and biscuit. The location is near public transit and have ample amount of parking. They do have good dining seats.Parking: Outdoor parking limited capacity

This has been one of my favorite Popeyes locations, the chicken is always fresh and not burnt like some other or stale I don't care how far I live, this is the location I come too

My family comes here all the time. The service is always good because the staff is always lovely, and you can see especially Jaanvi and Harjap always try their best to satisfy the customers. 10/10 will always record this location! It’s also very accessible for wheelchairs, and finding parking is no biggy!
