Food is good but service could be better. Had to ask for bread, water, wine list, etc. it was like the waitress' 1st time on a Saturday night. Very loud....and busy which is a good sign. Seems like there is a wedding going on. So I can see how the wait staff can be busy. Gave a 3 since I can't give it a 3.5, almost a 4. And there is a constant ding bell sound coming from the kitchen can be very distracting.
The food quality here is great, the server made sure we had everything we needed but also made sure to not interrupt our meal if it wasn't necessary. This place has the old school lounge feel, definitely feels like a family establishment.
The restaurant had poor customer service, food, and atmosphere, with unseasoned meat and tasteless rigatoni. The service was slow and dismissive, and when we complained about the food, we were only comped with one dessert. Later, they gave us cheese cake after seeing us write a negative review. The food was the best part of our meal, ironically not made in-house. Our waitress, Michelle, was uncaring, and the property was dirty. Overall, a disappointing experience with rude staff and subpar food.
The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, however, the food quality is inconsistent. Some of the pasta seemed to have been microwaved, giving a distinct hot sting when bitten into. Despite this, the taste was still satisfactory. The pork tenderloin ordered by my dining companion was not tender at all. Although we could have sent it back, we decided to just keep it. The server appeared to be annoyed by any requests we made and had a dismissive tone in his responses. The restaurant aims to give off a fancy vibe, but bringing the electronic card reader to the table ruins the illusion of being in a special place and comes off as cheap.
