Conflux Brewing Company - Missoula

I wanted to like Conflux.. I’m not a big beer drinker, but my boyfriend is. I thought Conflux would be good for us because they also have a full bar. I got the sangria which was bad! tasted like it was half soda water. My boyfriend thought the beer was very good. We were sat at a high top table. I wish the stools had a backrest or a hook under the table to put my purse. The service was okay but I didn’t have a chance to either have my drink remade or order something else because we were ready to go by the time our server came around to check on us.

Brewery and restaurant. Great prices and excellent selection of beers but unlike a lot of other breweries also a good cocktail menu. Bison Burger was superb and Tater Tots were nice and crispy. Very friendly staff and not a long wait for food even during a busy dinner time rush.

That experience was incredible! It had the flavor I had been searching for everywhere, and I finally found it. The buffalo mac and cheese was outstanding—truly a chef's masterpiece—and the beer was fantastic as well. I can’t wait to try another dish during my next visit. The service was exceptional, and I hope to see Jasmin again when we return! Five stars all the way!

What an incredible night we had here! our waitress was. cal b. throw you out! as a zöliakie I was so well maintained and the gluten-free options were fantastic! cal was super personable, had great suggestions for eating and drinking and was overall just super fun! fantastic service, atmosphere and eating!

The steel head is excellent. very nice people and children loved the butter noodles. great ipas. nice sitting area in free.
