Hoagieville - Missoula

I've been here for many years, and it was always nice, the food is good. Besides this one instance, the girl literally threw at the counter my change to me, as at least simply put on the counter, my only complaint I had in 21 years.

I only order milkshakes and cherries. Great. Not a fan of something else in the menu.

Food is good, service is better! Everyone is really beautiful and the cheeseries are great!

The Southgate Mall site was a go-to for my children themselves as I was in high school, but I can't say I'll ever be after our experience Sunday, 28. August 2022. The child that took our order never saw us face, messed up my daughter's order then made her pay to fix her mistake instead of complicating it. The staff was completely rude. The girl who made the drinks literally put 3 pieces of ice in my daughter's drink when my daughter asked for more ice, the young lady seemed like she was putting it out, didn't even add enough ice to cover the top of the liquid. The ice has always been part of the Hoagieville experience!! This whole situation was disappointing, because not only is this only one of 2 locations left, but the Reserve St location is terrible, so this was the only good left. Is there a customer service?

Food is always great just don?t doordash it. they always forget items and it causes a hangry m*therf*cher to get upset and it?s not worth it.
