Mcdonald's - Missoula

I LOVE this McD prob more than any of the others in the state of MT. The staff are always so helpful and kind. From the times I've been here they exhibit great teamwork and comradery. Food is always fresh here and they have different options for my meal so I don't have to substitute 100 things to get a breakfast sandwich how I like it. Parking: Lots of parking as it is part of a travel complex. Sometimes difficult to navigate the entrance and around semi-trucks.

It definitely deserves a perfect score of 5. Each item was delicious and satisfying, just what I was hoping for in a morning meal. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It was quite disappointing, earning only a 2. The staff seemed unorganized and a bit inattentive, which affected the overall experience. As for the atmosphere, I would rate it similarly low at 2. The place felt a bit lackluster and not very inviting for a dine-in experience. Overall, while the food truly stood out, the service and atmosphere could use some improvement.

We really enjoyed the egg McMuffins, and my son is a big fan of the chicken nuggets. My wife also loves the fish sandwiches. As for the service, we opted for takeout, and everything was excellent. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.
