Noodle Express - Missoula

I was so excited to have this, I live in great falls, I was sorely disappointed in the portion size of the Singapore shrimp, I got a total of 12 tiny shrimp and rice that was so dry with no flavor at all. You guys need to do better for what the cost of things are now.

Walked in and the lady at the counter was very rude. (Older lady with glasses) the rest of the employees were younger, and very polite! The older lady had two different drinks sitting there in front of her. Ordered my food and she picked up a cup and started to take a drink when I gave her a wow look. I was also told that I didn’t qualify for the rewards if I was eating out…. You should get the rewards no matter what with the prices of your bowls now… wow!! Customer service was awful, tables dirty and nothing stocked. Only one bathroom that said Men/Women, when my young daughter needed to use the bathroom a gentlemen walked in on us. What a great experience for my daughter and I.

I only got 4 little pices of chicken.. like come on were working men

Food quality has gone downhill. This was the 2nd time I didn't get the slaw I ordered. The window attendant was visibly irritated. The teriyaki chicken was tough and grisly.

Order was only a few minute late and the service was a bit goofy…. Egg rolls were edible. My beef broccoli teriyaki wasn’t all that great.
