Noodles And Company - Missoula

I have been to a lot of different noodles and company locations. I've used the app and done curbside pickup and genuinely like their food. This particular location didn't bring the order out when using curbside.After waiting for quite a while I had to goin and wait again even just for somebody to greet me for the food that I clearly been sitting on the counter for a while. It wasa group order and 1/2 were wrong. When we called the location back to see if they would make it right we were treated incrediblyrudely on the phone. Definitely a poorly run location.

I mistakenly ordered my food for pickup instead of delivery, but the manager handled the situation exceptionally well. Thank you very much! Plus, the food is always fantastic!

I was very disappointed with the meal that my friend and I ordered from this restaurant on December 2nd. We specifically requested extra shrimp, but there were only five pieces in total. There were more noodles than shrimp or vegetables in the dish. Additionally, the meal wasn't warm when we received it. Considering the price we paid, it definitely wasn't worth it.

I had my first meal at this restaurant and decided to try the recommended dish, pad Thai. It was quite good, although it had a unique twist compared to the traditional version. This restaurant transforms a typically mundane dish into something more modern and exciting. I’ll definitely return to sample some of the other offerings on the menu.

Terrible Customer Service I am a manager at a business where we frequently have lunchtime staff meetings. We have ordered food for these meetings from this location before $200-$300 per order) and I am aware of the 24 hour notice for all catering orders. I called today at 1:30 pm with the hope of being able to place a catering order to be picked up at 12:00 pm tomorrow which I amaware is less than 24 hour notice. I spoke to a manager who was incredibly rude to me and would not say anything but thesentence we require 24 hour notice over and over again. I understand policies but to be treated like that by a manager wasshocking. Not only was he rude but he was completely unwilling to try to work with me or even provide some small explanation why1.5 hours difference made my order impossible to fulfill. We will no longer be using this company which is unfortunate becausethe food is actually pretty good!
