Taco John's - Missoula

I loved tjs. I grew up in missoula and even worked there in my late teenagers. but every time I'm here, I'm going to be messed up. I know everyone is under personal and super busy, but there is a point where it is only not worth the money to go to a place where they don't get what they order. I'm very sad.

We received 3 different tassen fried borons. all had strange green fuzzy-carriers of something in them. when we called taco johns (no one time asked for a refund, we were only worried), we were hit with laughs, spun out, and there are impossible comments. then followed with oh it could be the rice without further care for everyone. had not offered any explanation of what it could have been after she had advised about what it looks like. alone with their submission, they trust that no one here cares about their health when it comes to their food.

We waited 10-15 for order. I have not received any of our articles. I had to call and withdraw. the potatoes were old, over boiled-dryed, hardly warm, they were made of bark meat.

Always great eating. the carrot leaves ordered and they were a shed fatter than normal. Maybe the heat was off, or they didn't leave properly.

Had an experience where they forgot my cheese sauce and salsa and one of the tacos did not taste as I would expect... sent in a review that represented the experience with a reward of a $2 coupon to use next time. Here is why I give them 5 stars they actually called me about my response, listened, and then exceeded my expectations to make it right! Way to go Kim and team at Taco John's!
