The Loose Caboose - Missoula

Double moose!!!! Salted caramel!!!!! Love the service everyone is so friendly and helpful!!! 5 stars!!!!

I was going to loose caboose frequently until they hired new rude people who made horrible coffee, told me i was wrong about the stamp card when i was not. then the coffee maker person actually told me I was wrong! I drove to the location on west Broadway and asked the young woman there and she told me i was correct. i had enough stamps for a free coffee. I contacted the company and they were equally rude to me and said they would send me a refund for my americano. I sent my address and then told i would not get a refund. The service at a couple of their locations is now horrible and the americanos tasted like brown water with milk.

Not only did we get the greatest and friendliest service, we also had the best coffee in the WORLD. I'm such a coffee snob. It is the BEST. Friendly staff too, made us feel so welcome in their beautiful city (I LOVE Montana)! And they had croissants from a local bakery there that were to die for. Well done, Loose Caboose! You have an awesome thing going there. I can't wait to visit you in Missoula again!

The Loose Caboose serves up solid coffee with fast and friendly service and the convenience of a drive-thru. Came here on my way out of town for a little road trip java. They have the usual menu of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cider, smoothies, and espresso beverages that one would expect from a drive-thru coffee shack. They have an array of flavors to add to your mocha, latte, or Italian soda. I ordered a caramel mocha, which was solid. The espresso was flavorful and decently strong. And, hey...the whole operation takes place in a caboose, which is kinda charming. Get to it!

The coffee is consistent, the staff is always pleasant and friendly. They remember your name and your drink, fast paced service. I love the flavor of the coffee.
