Contribuisci feedback6/17/21 Authentic Indian food in small mother and pop setting. owner was very hospitable; came out to talk to us up and down. The dining area was well maintained and clean. We ordered garlic naan (not on garlic, cilantro), chicken biryani (love the roasted cashews), chicken tikka masala (perfect amount of tartness), and shrimp curry (pleasant surprise). All dishes were delicious! Very recommended!
Loves the chicken Tikka Masala, rice and garlic Naan! We always order for the pick-up and the food stays nice and hot until we come home!
Yesterday, the second visit to this facility for Din was in services. My previous visit was Pre-Covid. I just wanted to give them a scream. From the minute when my family and I came in to lunch, the service was impeccable. The host was friendly. The food was AMAZING! I heard they close Din in what is kind of sad, as it would have been nice to go a place, but I understand why the restaurant decided to go. I look forward to my future visits. One of the best South Indian places in Houston.
The food and service here is amazing and top quality. It is affordable and overall great for catering. We really enjoyed it, definitely back soon!
I've been here when it was a dine-in restaurant which had an awesome Kerala lunch buffet on Sundays. Now, the establishment has switched to takeout and catering only. Bit of a bummer as the buffet had items not on the current menu. As for the takeout menu, I'd recommend the lemon rice, chicken 65, biryani, goat curry, vegetable chettinad, and fish molee. Chettinad is a local go-to for quick Kerala takeout. The flavor has lessened of late so I'd suggest asking to kick up the spice level to compensate. I'll edit this after trying more items worth writing about.
