Chipotle Mexican Grill - Missouri City

Chipotle is one of my preferred dining spots. However, I have a problem with their online ordering system. Customers who order online tend to receive smaller portions than those who order in-person while waiting in line. I have witnessed this happen many times, which is why I choose to never order online. The restaurant needs to improve their system and consider greeting and smiling at customers for a more pleasant experience.

After the young woman who picked up my food dropped it on the floor for over 20 minutes, she picked it up right in front of me and without hesitation, put it in her pocket. Is this the level of cleanliness that this company upholds in our post-COVID world? Absolutely revolting!

The food tastes great, but surely they come here with the time to wait. the lines are always long. they get a lot of online orders that slow down the dunes and take customers. it would be better if this location actually had a separate prep station for online orders that I saw at other Chipotle locations.

Eating here is good quality, but the portions are unodly small. I order extra steak and extra rice and there is not even enough steak to fill the whole bowl only a quarter. the on the square of the city is more generous with its portions, go there. Edit: pick up in this facility is abysmal. they are over 10 minutes late consistently on picking up via chipotle app and sometimes forget about parts of their orders like a cheese queue. actually ridiculous.

Worst chipotle. i ordered online which i don’t do a lot, got home to see they forgot to add one of my toppings, but gave me everything else. a worker told me they ran out of chips but had a bag behind her; they are very slow, long lines almost everyday, stacked orders, very minimal people. my bowl was very light, portions are very small, always have to ask to give me more; prices are way to high for what they’re serving customers.
