I ordered pick up from this location tonight with a cost of over $50. Website said my order would be ready at 6:30 but when I arrived, the store is closed and no one is answering the phone. No food, no answer, and no refund. Anyone… Bueller?
Decent sized interior dining area with limited parking in front of the business, however, there is additional parking and the rest of the shopping strip. Prices and service are decent but the pizza is not very good. The pizza is a bit on the dry side and they skimp on toppings.
You need to hire more people. 2 kids working and then they are taking care of Togo orders before sit down customers. No liquor license to boot. Poorly ran. Didn't even stay to eat.
I called to place a to go order and use the coupon they had online. The young lady told me they couldn 't accept the coupon if I didn 't print it out first. I told her the website coupon doesn 't state that it needs to be printed out. She told me I could stop to print it out. I 've already left work and it 's pointless to go home to print it just to have to pick it up or to stop and pay to print it out. I called The Sugarland location and the friendly associate told me they 'd have no problem accepting the coupon as long as it was valid. I asked to talk to her manager and she told me Doug wasn 't there and she didn 't know when or what time he 'd be back in. This is why the Sienna location never has cars in front and had a bad review on Google. I always go to the Sugarland location because its close to my job so I assumed all Russo 's locations would have great customers service but the Sienna location has definitely killed that assumption.
