I don't know if it's like that all the time. I think there are people who work here and nothing is perfect. Food: 4/5
Prices have risen. 2 tacos each and chips and cheese and small drinks were $19.20 for lunch. Food: 2/5
I ordered beef soup afteros and got the anti-shimp Nacho tablet I've ever seen and the chips are stable. Do I have the last chips in my pocket? That's stupid!! Not worth the money I paid. The employee 41 has served me. You have to escape from the supplies. I lost a customer. Food: 1/5
I won't be returning to this restaurant. The service and food quality left me feeling anxious and disappointed. The young man who brought my Cabana bowl appeared disinterested and handed me a bowl without any meat, saying, "You want it like this?" When I asked to check the second to-go box, he seemed offended and walked away in a huff, with no clear apology for the mistakes. This employee needs better training in customer service. As for the quality of the chicken—wow! I'll leave it at that for now, but the owner really needs to evaluate what is happening to both the restaurant and its brand.
The food was terrible! I paid for four tacos but only received two. The tacos were dry without any lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, or sour cream—just a plain taco with chicken. They've really changed from how they used to be. My nachos were extremely small; I couldn't believe that’s all there was! I won't be returning. The service was decent, but the food was a huge disappointment. Food rating: 1/5.
