Subway - Mitchellville

This place is ridiculous. It says in google they close at 10pm I arrived at 9:45pm and they were already close for business. Soo please if you plan to go there around 9:40 make sure you place your order ahead of time or come in before 9:40pm. Terrible customer service! I saw food on the line and the guy still didn’t want to help because they already put the bread away!‍

This location was slow. We waited about 15 minutes with only 2 other people ordering ahead of us. It seemed like several workers were busy making to go orders. Instead of helping the folks in the store. They also didn’t know how to make the kids meal or what came in it. They just cut a 6 inch roll in half and called it a 4 inch kids sub. But they were kind and doing their best, so I’d give them another chance. Maybe just a bad day.

Haven't ate here in over a decade or longer but what I can say is the staff is amazing. There honest as they come, the location by the Lowes/Giant purposely overcharged me for a dozen of cookies so I will never go there any longer but this location from MY experience are honest, good people Service: 5

My subway sandwich order from Doordash was delivered to me at home on VERY OLD BREAD!!! I never had this problem when I order from this store. Disappoint. January 21, 2019

Its really busy during peak hours. But the girls are fast enough to deal with your order. Clean bathrooms. And fresh veggies. They speak English and Spanish.
