I could also suggest that the number assignment system is strictly adhered to, unlike my order, and several others, which due to the person who does not check the card numbers, are delivered to the waiting customers. I hadn't visited this outlet for a few months and he really went back. Looks like completely new staff, and if so, they were thrown in at the deep end and are certainly not at speed. This is a management problem and must be addressed. The food was good therefore the evaluation. If it were for service alone, it would be a star.
Okay. Supermacs food, very slow service. The staff was very friendly.

I always find it difficult to evaluate any Supermac with this because the service is always good, friendly and courteous. But the waiting times for food are often quite long compared to the average fast food experience and I can only assume that it is made fresh, which is probably worth waiting.
Really slow service, the employees are all just talking to each other, not interested in serving .... eat cold when returned .waited over 45mins in the event after ordering online.
