Last year we loved your galettes des rois and we wanted to make it a tradition to come to your place. But this morning, we bought 3 large pancakes. One frangipane and two with apples. We cut one out this morning; with apples, and are very disappointed to note that there is a mixture of apples and frangipane in this one... We buy apple pancakes for those who don't like frangipane... too bad... I'm going to have to buy another one elsewhere even though I still spent €28 on each pancake...
