The rating is reduced for the quality of service. Unfortunately, the establishment, in the face of the administrator and waiters (not all), does not value its customers. The establishment's menu includes set meals it looks like an ordinary canteen. They put food on the tables and you sit down wherever there is a free seat. Get ready to sit at a table with strangers, it's very tight and uncomfortable. I asked the waiter, and then the administrator, to allow me to have dinner near the window, and not where they melted. I said that I could carry the dishes with food on my own, but unfortunately, I was refused. It's all brief to make it clear. The woman administrator is not a friendly person, she almost shouted at me. She said directly that I could take my things and go to another place to eat. I was shocked by this behavior and attitude towards my customers. I met such a person for the first time, and I hope that there will be no such staff again in my life. It's not that they didn't come to meet me as their client (I had lunch with them every day for a week), but it's the manner in which they allowed themselves to talk. In addition, one man who was sitting by the window and he also ordered a complex lunch, they wore. Why did one client go to a meeting, and not others. The administrator is rude! Regarding the work of waiters I will say right away, it is not all of them, but unfortunately, most of them serve in Russian, although I speak in Ukrainian. I don't care what language they communicate in their personal life, but they have to serve me as a client in Ukrainian, especially since I address them in the state language. The food is normal, the interior of the establishment is 4 , the prices are normal only for complex dinners, and so overpriced (for example, French fries are UAH 100 and a portion is as small as in McDonald's). They understand that there are only a few establishments and there is no competition, so they allow themselves to do what they want Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Delicious, big portions, nice staff, nice prices. The disadvantage is the location and the road to Koliba itself. Although while we were driving, we had the opportunity to admire the magical views. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Very tasty, reasonable prices, pleasant service. They let troubles with the dog! Definitely recommend! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
