We started with the scallop appetizer that was incredible. Becca brought us the in-house bread that came to the place. It was combined with a homemade butter, olive relish and a balsamic/olive oil diving choice. My wife had the Agnolotti Pasta and I had the Elch. Both dishes were incredible. When I returned, I would get the tender call as it saw to be a hearty selection; the elk was great, but it wasn't a big part. All desserts are made in the house, we tried the peanut butter / chocolate cheesecake. It was absolutely decadent; we couldn't finish it.
The food was good but I feel disappointed that they made a ?mistake? with the price of the wine. Although the wine?s name was printed correctly on the bill, the price was higher (fortunately I remembered the price and mentioned it when we got the bill). They quickly apologized and got the correct bill with the excuse that they are frequently changing their wine selection. It didn?t convince me as the wine?s name was correct, just the price was incorrect. Anyways, although they corrected it, it didn?t feel right. The food was good. Make sure you check your bill and enjoy.
The restaurant is cozy with about 8 tables and a small bar. The decor is Southwest local artwork, some of which is for sale. The waitstaff is welcoming, knowledge, and provide good service. The food is the best in town and they have great off menu specials. The homemade bread is fluffy and robust in flavors. The bacon wrapped dates are delicious and must order.
Perfect place for a romantic date night! The service was on point, Vibe fantastic, alcohol and wine collection phenomenal, eating mouth smashed and definitely worth it for the price and waiting. If you do not have a reservation, the waiting time will be ~1 hour so reserve before. In addition to the menu, they serve different fish and wild meat options based on availability. Entrée?s are generous. If we visit Moab again, we'll be here safely.
This was our second visit and even better than the first time. We had the Tuna appetizer that was good. I had the Bison Filet, which melts in your mouth delicious (and I am very picky about my steak) the mushrooms and sauce on top let me lick the plate. My husband had the Hawaiian sea bass special, that was light, but also very good. Chocolate cheesecake for my birthday Dessert. We were very satisfied, even sitting next to a big wedding party that was late and our server thrown a little away. In any case, wish to sit on the back terrace (hot or cold outside the time was good and it is less stuffy and crowded than its interior seats). We have made reservations, but we could also enter after a waiting. This is a great splurge dinner while in Moab!
