Contribuisci feedbackWonderful service and good food. We had the specials beef tenderloin and barracuda. They were both excellent. The beef was completely tender and perfectly cooked. The barracuda was in an excellent sauce. The potatoes with the tenderloin were super delicious.
Some of the foods were not available, still the shrimp we got was delicious, pasta really good and creamy. Service was quick, restaurant well maintained. As soon as we sat down we were given a bottle of water to drink. Salt and pepper on the tables.
Delicious meal, especially the salmon Tartar and the pork tenderloin with the mustard sauce. I recommend more seasoning, but that is my preference. Good service and fast wifi. Central in the city, good pricing. Will be going back soon.
Another amazing meal here. I had one of the specials which was beef tenderloin. It was perfectly cooked to a medium rare and the seasoning was spot on. Presentation was beautiful with a flower petal garnished salad. A glass of Italian red wine was the perfect complement to the meal.
Gilbert keeps an excellent restaurant in Moalboal. My wife and I went twice during our stay there. The fresh fish carpaccio/Tartars were both incredible, and the second time we ordered one of the 24-hours ahead menu items. Highly recommend if you have time. Special attention was paid and the paella was overflowing with tasty seafood treats.
