Burger King - Mobile

Smh I just left there so I end up calling back saying my food was burnt the manager gone say this how they come out and he just ate 1 smh I would never go back there

15 minutes wait with no one there and this is what I get? And it was cold, so waht was the wait for?

Cannot get an order correct. Been here six times only got the order correct once. That would not be bad except we only ordered two items each time and on Sunday mornings when no other customers are there. Please get the young man some training.

My family came through this drive-thru at 1:50 AM this morning, yes, 10 minutes before they closed. We were that guy . My daughter 's flight into Mobile was late and she was very hungry. The man in the drive through could not have been nicer. Excellent customer service and the food was hot and fresh. Thumbs up to this fine young man and his customer service, when he could have been much less happy to see us, 10 minutes before closing time. Thank you!

They have really changed in a bad way every time we go there we wait in line for at least 20 to 25 minutes in line to get our food and when we pull up to the window they are on there phones talking or talking to each other standing there they have gotten our orders messed up alot I don't understand why they are doing people like that if they were in line waiting as long as we had they would get upset to exsecially with the gas prices we tried to go in the store and the doors were locked so we had no choice to get in line this place is bad very bad management
