Chick-fil-a - Mobile

If they start from this situation, they want a real CHIK-FIL-A experience. that's probably the worst place I've ever seen. I gave an order before the time, paid for it, came through the drive thru, and when I came into the window, everyone was confused. I had clearly paid for my order that I showed them. I was told that I would have to come back to the net to talk to someone, doesn't make any sense, but okay. They asked me to move up and they would get a manager. she wasn't helpful either. to pay for my order again. Wait again and she should bring it to me. she's not here yet. I've been here for almost 30 minutes to get a 5-piece child meal for my daughter. in the meantime they canceled my original order. the order uses my cashapp boost so it costs more to place the order again and now my daughter probably won't even eat when I get there to get it because she will change in the car on the away dance class. it seems like every time I come to this particular place it is chaotic, I don't get my whole order, the waiting time is ridiculous, etc. at this point I have no plans to return to this place. personal and management is not helpful or friendly at all. (It is now 15 minutes since I placed my second order and still no eating) and now my daughter definitiw will be too late for the dance. update: after 45 minutes I finally got 5 nuggets and mac n cheese. I did not notice until after my departure my daughter did not put in the bag, but at least that was expected.

Worst Chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had. We ate inside so they gave us a table identifier but never brought our food. When I went to check, it was just sitting on the counter. They didn’t give us the sauce we had asked for and forgot the pickle on the sandwich. The fries were minimal and soggy. The nuggets were tiny. If you have an option, don’t go to this location.

Service great. Fries good and so was the Mac'n cheese. Problem is that I ordered 2-12 piece chicken nugget meals. Each of them had only crumbs for nuggets. The pieces that counted as nuggets were tiny as well. I understand that we're in a recession but for 2 lg fries, 1 lg Mac, 2-12 piece nuggets for a total of $26.72....you can do better than that with the chicken nuggets. If you can't you need to figure something out. People feel cheated when they open their boxes for $6.00 and find this. I didn't come for the fries or Mac. I appreciate the service but you are supposed to be a chicken restaurant... Right??‍???!!!!

THE GIRL THAT WAS OUTSIDE SHE DIDNT SMILE OR EVEN LOOKED LIKE SHE WANTED TO BE THERE…SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY “MY PLEASURE” THATS WHAT I WAS WAITING ON… WHEN WE GOT TO THE RECEIVING WINDOW THE GIRL ALMOST GAVE OUR FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE. IT WAS SO CHAOTIC THERE ALL THE WORKERS WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE. I TOLD MYSELF I WOULD NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION BUT NOW I AM SERIOUS I WONT BE BACK! THE FOOD WAS OK. IT WASNT HOT AND FRESH!!!

Food and service is always great. However the young lady brought the wrong drinks to my car and when I tried to tell her what I had she just walked off, she didn't let Me finish my sentence. A little rude to Me, but she was young and that's my first time experiencing something like this here so I didn't make a big deal. Don't let the long line discourage you because the line move really fast.
