Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mobile

Today, I visited the restaurant after my wife and I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, the order was not in the pick-up station, so I inquired with an employee. She claimed she had never seen the order and didn't have any information about it. After I showed her the confirmation on my phone, her attitude became more rude, and she asked another employee to check on my order. That employee found it within 30 seconds. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting, my order was finally ready. The food tasted fine, but the rudeness of the coworker, who pretended to be a manager, and the lack of courtesy toward a paying customer were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had a pretty good experience at this Chipotle. They were generous with the guacamole, which I really appreciated. However, the sour cream was a bit on the casual side and had a strong taste that wasn't quite to my liking. I forgot to mention it to the staff, but the women's restroom was clogged—someone had put too much toilet paper in there. Additionally, I noticed what seemed to be someone selling drugs behind the restaurant, although the guy was friendly when he walked by. Nevertheless, the food was really tasty!

We decided to give this location another chance, especially since our daughter enjoys ordering the kids' quesadilla menu item. We have ordered this countless times without issue, and the extra mini quesadilla typically costs just $1 to $2. This time, however, the staff refused to allow us to order just the extra quesadilla and insisted that we purchase an entire additional kids' meal or they would discard the quesadilla they had already prepared. Additionally, my husband asked for his side of salsa to be served on the side rather than in his bowl, and they tried to charge him for it, stating that he would incur an additional fee unless he had it mixed in with his meal. When we went to pay, we were informed that the drink machine was down and all the drinks were warm with no ice available. They even suggested we buy bottled soda instead. As we were eating, we noticed several employees taking the glass bottles that had been set aside for recycling and tossing them directly into the trash. Overall, it was a frustrating experience considering how much we enjoy Chipotle’s food. We’ve never faced these issues at other locations.

Great food Great service , but they don't offer military discounts to our veterans. Or it would be considered possibly excellent? Chipotle please consider offering a US military Veterans ? Discounts of 20% effective immediately. Slow line, small portions, stale chips, bad service, overcharged us for a side of guacamole we DIDN’T ask for, and forgot to give us the 2 side tortillas we DID ask for (See receipt, we should have gotten 3 tortillas total). Need I say more?The cashier, Chloe, had an air pod in her ear and was chatting with someone instead of focusing on accurately ringing up the customers. She also left the register to show the grill cook something on her phone so they could have a good laugh while she was waiting for the slow line people to finish preparing the food. Once they got the food ready she took at least 3 minutes to bag it and didn’t read back the order when ringing it up because she was too busy talking to someone on the phone through her air pod.I don’t know if Chipotle has stopped doing this altogether, or if it is just this location, but there wasn’t communication between the line and the cashier about the order. No markings on the bowl lids or verbal say of what is coming down the line. The cashier just asked us what we got.Attached is my receipt.
